UVCeed: A non-toxic, sustainable way to disinfect

I have never been a big fan of conventional disinfectants like wipes and sprays because they contain such harsh, toxic and hormone disrupting chemicals. These disinfectants also don’t discriminate between good and bad bacteria - they kill everything and have a negative impact on the microbiome of your skin. They also generate a lot of waste and aren’t very sustainable!

Enter UVCeed! The UVCeed disinfection light is the first mobile disinfecting* device that works with your smartphone’s camera - how cool is that! This device utilizes a UVC light that can kill bacteria and viruses by breaking apart their DNA leaving it unable to function or reproduce. In independent laboratory testing, UVCeed was shown to reduce Staphylococcus aureus by 99.9% in 15 seconds, Escherichia Coli by 99.99% in 24 seconds and SARS CoV2 by 99.9% in 32 seconds! In fact, for over 50 years UVC light has been used by hospitals and laboratories to keep their facilities disinfected.

The device is super user friendly - you just attach the UV light device to your phone, download the app and point it at whatever surface you are trying to disinfect. The app will tell you when you have sufficiently disinfected the area. I like to use it on the most commonly germs areas in my home - my fridge, door handles and computer are big ones! And I always bring it with me when I travel - I like using it on the tray table of airplanes and in hotel rooms.
